DSS Head of Education and Rugby Coach Caoimhe Morris is joined by Rugby S&C Coach Rob Cassidy. Rob currently works as a S&C coach with Young Munster RFC, Cistercian College Roscrea and IRFU Clubs team, having previously been with Tipperary GAA. They discuss- establishing underage GAA Academy development structures; S&C in Senior Cup Teams, AIL and International Club Rugby; what makes a great team from a support staff perspective; and the evolving game of rugby and how Rob ensures his players are in top physical form.
